1How do I receive my reports of my tests?

Patients can access reports by email. All lab order results are dispatched to registered email automatically.

2Do I need an appointment for test / scan?

All tests / Scans are performed as a walk-in basis. Appointments are also given basis on the availability of slot.

3Do the reports have QR code?

All reports issued by us are QR enabled which will help you access / Verify the reports digitally.

4How long does it take for blood tests?

All common blood tests are reported within a day basis on the collected time. If there are any Cultures, it may take more than a day and the reporting time is conveyed by Our staff.

5When do I get my scans results?

We perform a variety of scans and the procedure time for scans vary depending on the region we are scanning. Usually, Ultrasound scans are for 15 min and reports will take 30min after the scan. X-ray, Mammogram, OPG, CT scan may take upto 20 min and reports may take upto 3hrs. MRI scan will be conducted for 45 min and reports may take 4 hrs after the scan. *Please note that reporting time may vary depending on the findings in the Scans.

6Does Mediclu provide Consultation?

Mediclu offers variety of consultations and the Consultation appointment needs to be taken advance to manage the patient-Physician interaction efficiently.

7Is there home collection facility?

We provide home collection, and it may be on chargeable basis depending on the location.

8I have not received report even after a day after I have given the specimen / scan?

Usually all tests / scans are reported within a day, in case if you have not received after the informed time, please reach us out via email / call to our support.

9Which health package should I take?

We Offer a variety of health packages and you can select according to your convenience, shall there be any Confusion in selection , you can reach out to our staff for the same.
